We do not have access to your wallet accounts and cannot process refunds, recover passwords, or provide official support for Cake Wallet or Cake Pay features. Feedback & Technical Support Guidelines
To help us diagnose sync problems or node failures, please include the following technical specifications in your email (if applicable):
- Your operating system (e.g., cake wallet ios, cake wallet android, or desktop builds).
- The specific remote node address you were connected to when the sync failed (see our Node List for alternatives).
- The approximate block height where your sync stalled.
- Do NOT include any transaction IDs that could expose your personal spending identity, keeping in line with Monero privacy practices. Refer to our Privacy Policy to see how we manage communication data.
Submit a Correction
If you spot a typo, an outdated block height estimate, or an offline public node, please submit a report. We review and update our content regularly. For more details on our commitment to accuracy, review our Corrections Policy.
